Game commentators talk about the game and chat with the players during game play. Commentary can include play-by-play, game trivia and more. Commentator is an on camera and on mic role and is not required for all games. Some players may choose to do the commentary themselves.

Game hosts engage with the stream audience during and between games, including reading donations aloud on stream, moderating Twitch chat, and introducing players and commentators.

Tech team members help run stream technology during the event. Their duties include turning mics on and off, selecting camera views, setting up game consoles and controllers, and monitoring the stream status. Tech team members may appear on screen during setup and are not on mic. Hands on training is provided for all tech team volunteers. They are a director and tech support all in one.

The wellness team makes sure that all on-site volunteers during the event are well-fed and hydrated, and have chances to rest and relax. Wellness team duties include preparing and serving meals and snacks, washing dishes, and cleaning the kitchen and dining areas.
In order to avoid conflicts of interest during our charity fundraiser, all Meal-Morial Madness volunteers, sponsors, and prize donors ["participants"] must agree that they and their immediate family members will not benefit financially or materially through their participation in Meal-Morial Madness. Immediate family members comprise all family members living in the participants' household. Participants and their immediate family members will be ineligible to win raffles or collect raffle prizes during or after the event.
Participants will not accept any raffle prize as a gift from a raffle winner, such as a friend or extended family member. Any participant that violates this agreement will be permanently ineligible to participate in future 4Score7Pongs events.
