In order to avoid conflicts of interest during our charity fundraiser, all Meal-Morial Madness volunteers, sponsors, and prize donors ["participants"] must agree that they and their immediate family members will not benefit financially or materially through their participation in Meal-Morial Madness. Immediate family members comprise all family members living in the participants' household. Participants and their immediate family members will be ineligible to win raffles or collect raffle prizes during or after the event.

Participants will not accept any raffle prize as a gift from a raffle winner, such as a friend or extended family member. Any participant that violates this agreement will be permanently ineligible to participate in future 4Score7Pongs events and will be barred from entering raffles as a general viewer.
